My Classroom Management Plan will be structured with the use of Richard Villa's Self-Discipline Pyramid.
The levels of the pyramid are:
Level 5: Wraparound Support
Level 4: Somewhere Else Plan
Level 3: Life Skills-Long Term Support
Level 2: Recovery
Level 1: Creating a Caring Community
I invite you to further explore the pages for each level of the pyramid for some ideas of how to effectively implement this management plan into the classroom on every level. These ideas are ever-evolving and the list for each level is just a start because as I gain more experience in the teaching profession, my list of tools and techniques for classroom management will continue to expand.
